WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge. We cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving with our valued customer. In the event that an item arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit is sent to our Customer Care team within 72 hours, and will produce and send a replacement at no charge.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
You can expect your item within 7-10 business days of purchase if it’s within the USA. International orders will come to you in 15-17 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you can request your tracking information via email: care@americaneyez.com
